The Community of Boring adopted a Declaration that stated Boring, Oregon and Dull, Scotland is “A Pair for the Ages”. The Clackamas County Board of Commissioners adopted a Proclamation that August 9th will be Boring & Dull Day in perpetuity. The Oregon State Legislature passed a law which was signed by the Oregon State Governor establishing August 9th as Boring & Dull Day throughout the state of Oregon. The Communities of Boring & Dull created the League of Extraordinary Communities, and invited Bland, Australia to be a member. This threesome is Dull, Boring & Bland.
